Business Terms and conditions apply

  • All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Tour seats are subject to availability. Peak season rates apply.

  • Bookings are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

  • By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions.

  • International airfare is not included in the tour price.

Payment Policy

  • All prices listed on our website are per person, based on double occupancy.

  • Single occupancy incurs an additional charge of $55 per night, subject to change.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • An initial deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking.

  • A second payment covering the remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable; however, it may be applied to a future tour taken within 12 months of the original tour date, subject to applicable fees and penalties.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Bountiful Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure for any reason, including but not limited to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

  • Once a tour has commenced, no refunds will be issued for unused services or missed activities.

  • In the event of natural disasters, or government-mandated travel disruptions, refunds may not be available. Guests may, however, be allowed to reschedule their booking based on tour availability.
