Refund policy

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for unused services, including transportation, accommodations, or tour activities, once a booking is confirmed.

If a participant withdraws from the tour after it begins due to medical or personal reasons, no refund will be provided for missed portions.

Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to tour departure are non-refundable.
